Should I be listing missionary experience in a resume?

So, I have been out of Graduate school for about a month and a half. During that time I have applied to over 40 jobs most of which I listed my international experience in a subtle manner, outlining my travel to the Middle East and North Africa as if I went on my accord and not the Almighty's. I am not sure what to do now when the jobs to which I applying are increasingly inquiring after my international and cross-cultural experience.

I am starting this blog to begin the so far ignored process of unpacking my own experiences in fundamentalist faith. Please excuse any content that offends or attacks a certain perspective. This blog is devoted ultimately to the recovery of my faith.
